The intervener disclaims any responsibility in the event of an accident, of any nature whatsoever, that may occur during the duration of an outing or a workshop. It is up to each participant to take out special insurance if he/she deems it useful. Anyone must be covered by a Civil Liability Insurance for any damage caused to others (people and property).

In case of cancellation, by email, less than 48 hours before the start of any activity, all sums paid will be due.

In case of bad weather or unforeseeable conditions that do not allow the workshop to be held, it will either be postponed to a new date or cancelled and, in this case only, the customer will be reimbursed in full for the sums paid for the service (within 10 days).
