GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Organisation of workshops
The organiser undertakes to provide a pedagogical teaching service according to the program and duration appearing in the description of the workshop.
The workshops are organized, in advance, on the basis of a minimum number of registered persons. The organiser reserves the right to cancel a workshop in the event of too few participants.
For outings in the countryside or in Menton, carpooling can be organized. Outings vary according to seasons and weather. The proposed schedules (departure and return times planned) are not contractual and depend on road hazards and any proposed changes of site.
The organiser’s professional insurance (RC Pro) does not replace the personal insurance of participants who must be covered. The intervener disclaims any responsibility in the event of an accident, of any nature whatsoever, that may occur during the duration of an outing or a workshop. It is up to each participant to take out special insurance if he/she deems it useful. Anyone must be covered by a Civil Liability Insurance for any damage caused to others (people and property).

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Electron, Maestro and Mastercard, European and international, including Electron (Visa) and Maestro (Mastercard).
Registration for a workshop will be validated upon receipt of payment by credit card.
The workshops are organised on the basis of a minimum of participants and for organisational reasons, all registration is definitive. In case of withdrawal, by e-mail, less than 7 days before the beginning of a daily workshop (and less than 15 days before a 4 days workshop), 50% of the cost of it (or the deposit paid depending on the option offered) will be invoiced. In case of cancellation, by email, less than 48 hours before the start of any activity, all sums paid will be due.
In case of bad weather or unforeseeable conditions that do not allow the workshop to be held, it will either be postponed to a new date or cancelled and, in this case only, the customer will be reimbursed in full for the sums paid for the service (within 10 days).
